Attribution to the name of the father of the venerable calligrapher of the Qur'an Syed Muhammad Ashraf Ali, whose pen was engaged in the calligraphy of the Holy Qur'an throughout his life.

 

Syed Muhammad Ashraf Ali bin Badhan Shah Gesu Daraz was born in 1907 at Ghoriala. He was only seven years old when Saya lost his father. Saber and Shakir mother raised you. He received his primary education from Mohalla Khorasian, Sialkot. He started teaching in Multan, then continued teaching in Sialkot and Lahore. Both your teachers were excellent. The fame of his calligraphy was far and wide. Apart from Lahore, Delhi and Kanpur would work.
