The book under review is written by Maulana Ihsan-ul-Haq Shahbaz in the light of Hadith and history.

In which he has proved with the hadiths of the Prophet as well as with regular arguments from every period of the history of Islam that the process of funeral in absentia has been going on in every age and besides ordinary funerals there have also been funerals of martyrs in absentia.

On the other hand, there are many scholars who do not consider funeral prayers in absentia to be permissible. Considering the arguments of the scholars holding this position, the contents of this book can be disputed.
